Read 'Fast Food Nation' (Eric Schlosser) and you will ask yourself why anybody would eat fast food in the first place.

You really shoud bring your own food. Even if you bring your own junk food, it's got to be more healthy than fast food. You'll also be saving yourself lots of money. - do the math.

I agree with everyone else here. Cheaper to bring your own, and you know what you are getting too.
The statue of Liberty no longer reads "Bring us your tired, your hungry, your huddled masses..."
Now she's holding a baseball bat and it reads "Bring It On."

I was the first person to start bringing food to my school. For 3 years of high school no one ever brought food including me. Then this year I decided to start bulking and getting in "better" shape then I already was. I would get made fun of and stuff like that at first but now after I have gained 20lbs and dropped my bf% a ton the entire football, basketbal, soccor, and the few body builders in my school do it. Same goes for the entire gallon thing. Im a pioneer heh.

But seriously, just make your own food and bring it. The best part I like about it is I make all my meals like 2 nights a week and store em in the fridge. No hastle every day, just grab a container and run.

If you can't bring your own for whatever reason then, do what I do at lunch.... Order grilled whatever, steam veggies and salad.

Every restaurant during the week that we have seems to have that offering.

i take my own sandwiches to college, 2 big tuna sandwiches with a little reduced cal mayo and salad on granary (grainy) bread. They are much nicer than my college sandwiches, i use a whole tin in my 2 sanadwiches.... about 40g protein, the college tuna sandwiches hardly have any tuna in them! i'd say they are a jar of mayo and a tsp of tuna, they have there quantities the wrong way round!

and they cost £1 per little tuna sandwich (IMO it shouldn't be called tuna, it should be called mayo and cucumber)

bring your own food, much much better!

    peace
