I thought I'd never be the kind of person who weighs his food or measures it. Jodi wanted to know my macros when I first came to this site, so I bought a measuring cup and a weighing device ($5.99). Now the only meal I don't put on the scale or in the measuring cup is my Sat cheat meal.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

    Good rule of thumb:

4 oz. of cooked meat is about the size of a standard deck of cards.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
