    it should say on the food labels. Green veggies are really great for fiber (romaine lettuce, broccoli) as are grapefruits, strawberries and apples.

    Even though I'm young and healthy, I have a tablespoon of Metamucil sugar-free psyllium-husk fibre every day. Tastes half-decent, and it has tons of benefits

    That's good Blue. They say with the very high requirement of daily fiber, you almost have to use a supplement to get your fill.
