Well I have been on a three day cheat so I am going to try and eat very well during thanks giving. I will definatley stay away from sweets and just eat some turkey with just a little bit of stuffing. The problem is my wife is hispanic and we have turkey plus tamales plus menudo and alot of bread but I am going to try and stay away from the bread and other fatting sides.

f*ck the so called "cheat" day.

if you guys cant enjoy a holiday or 2 of great food for the whole year, you aint livin IMO. (unless of course your cutting for a comp., that'd be the only good excuse.....or really trying to lose weight)

i'm gonna need my own seperate turkey, a bag's worth of mashed and sweet potatoes, stuffing, gravy and everything else that comes with it........and if i don't die from an extremely high food intake, i'll just keep on eatin, watch football, nap and then repeat

I'm doing the opposite! Just Turkey and Green Beans throughout the day!

As a matter of fact, I didn't buy one Turkey but two! That means 30 lbs. of Turkey all for me for the next couple of weeks! It sure is better than Ground up turkey! As for cheating, I think I'll save it for my old bad habit of Italian food!

Discipline and dedication are one thing, but certain times you need a psychological break. Plus, holidays are a time where you get to see family and friends and just enjoy life without obsessing about diet.

i'm to a point psychologically where i feel absolutely gorging myself will barely be detrminental to my physique goals. i mean, at MOST i will eat 3500 calories above maintainance. at MOST. i'll go right back to my normal diet the next day with maybe an extra pound and a re-ignited metabolism!

i'll be sure to stuff my face with good turkey and sweet potatoes to fill myself up with minimal calories, and then the fun comes with dessert.

    you gotta live!

Aside from all the usual Thanksgiving food, I plan on drinking my fair share of beer and wine. I'll be going to bed Thanksgiving night fat and drunk.

    Roast Turkey,
    mashed potatoes,
    dressing,
    green beans,
    cresant rolls,
    cheese cake,
    pumpkin pie,
    sweet tea.

    Oh, and triple chocolate Brownies.

And maybe a trip to Cold Stone Creamery on Friday for some
    Peanut butter cup perfection.

Sometimes I've just gotta let it go.

This year, I also plan on having Turnducken for the first time. Along with, sweet potatoes, yams, homemade applesauce, Japanese squash, and creamed spinach.
