    Flax meal

    Anyone know how many grams of fat / carbs are in 1 TBS of flax meal? Ive read 2.5g, and on another thread I read 5 or 7. My package doesnt have anything on the label!

    my package says 2 TBSP = 4.5 F
    that means 1 TBSP= 2.25 F, 3 carbs, 3 fiber

    Thanks! I checked my companys website, nothing! Its golden flax meal.
