    damn, I hate to read that about milk, but it almost makes me sick thinking about drinking it after reading that link...

    Reminds me of what Arnold says in pumping iron when they ask him if he drinks non fat milk... he said he doesn't drink any milk, milk is for babies...

    Doesn't phase me...Holdamayo, you can find negative things about basically everything. Go look around for positive benefits of milk. It is interesting to see stuff like this though.
