    Question Protein/Carb/Fat Intake

I've checked out the stickies, and they're great meal plans, but they're hard to follow perfectly especially with school going on now.

    I'm about 5'10, 160lbs...
I'm just wondering what should my protein/carb/fat intake be if I'm cutting and bulking. Just a rough approximation between the two phases.

Like how much protein per day should I be shooting for while I'm bulking and/or cutting. How much carbs, and how much fat.

    Thanks in advance.

unfortunately there is no definitive answer to this question, you have to find out what works best for you.

I try and keep protein at around 40% of my diet at all times regardless if I am cutting or bulking.
