I think it's gonna vary regardless, eggs are always different sizes, but who really cares anyway?

If you really want to know the exact grams look into buying egg beaters.

Fast metabolisms are great for some things but if you clog your arteries it doesn't matter how fast it is.

This is where the "Atkins craze" really needs to get a grip. A friend of mine told me his doctor recommended the Atkins diet to him and he asked how can the high fat be healthy. The doc replied, "its ok, because your body will 'burn the fat' so you don't have to worry about the high cholesterol".

Well atkins is bad of course but it's not a diet to on forever. On my next cut I plan on doing a ANPB diet. I eat all the PB and lean protein sorces. Of course it will knock me into ketosis, but that is the whole point. Mike Matarazzo does this diet on his cut cycles.

Its possible that you can burn the fat, sure - but you can look healthy on the outside and still have clogged arteries. Without a serious checkup its all just a guess based on your appearance which can be deceiving.

don is this just an excuse for you to eat peanut butter ,i know how you love that stuff,, but if your trying to get in to ketosis more then 4 tablespoons might end up kicking ya out considering your eating your veggies on that cut( like u should be doing)
