    Question My Fat-loss Diet

Hey everyone! I'm new here, and I was hoping that you could analyze my diet and tell me if I'm on the right track. My stats are as follows: I'm a 21 year old female, my body fat percentage is around 22%, and I'm eating around 1500 calories a day. Sometimes I eat more, but I never eat less than the 1500. I do cardio (interval training) first thing in the morning for about 30 minutes, and I'm in the process of moving that up to a full hour. I also lift weights in the gym twice a week, and I walk 40 minutes each day. I just want to lose body fat while retaining the muscle mass that I already have. I bought Tom Venuto's e-book, and I'm follwing his plan. I already feel better, and I would recommend his book to anyone. He's very intelligent, and he's focused on helping people. Here's my eating plan:

8 AM: egg whites, 2/3 cup oatmeal, 1 apple
10 AM: egg whites, 2/3 cup oatmeal
12 Noon: 3 oz. chicken breast, 3/4 cup brown rice, green beans (sometimes I'll substitute the green beans with a sugar-free popsicle)
2 PM: 3 oz. chicken breast, vegetables, 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
5 PM: 3 oz. chicken breast, salad, light Italian dressing, 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
8 PM: 1 oz. chicken breast, small salad, light Italian dressing

This is my 40-40-20% day plan. I follow it three days at a time, and then I allow myself a 50-30-20% day. For that day, I eat the following:

8 AM: egg whites, 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 tbsp. sugar-free jelly
10 AM: scrambled egg with extra egg whites, 2/3 cup oatmeal, 1 apple
12 Noon: 3 oz. chicken breast, 3/4 cup brown rice, green beans
2 PM: 3 oz. chicken breast, sweet potato, vegetable, 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
5 PM: 3 oz. chicken breast, salad, light Italian dressing, 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
8 PM: 1 oz. chicken breast, small salad, light Italian dressing

Will I definitely lose body fat on this plan? I don't mind if the fat loss is slow. I've just been through so many plans, and I want to know if you think this one will get me results. My goal is 15% body fat. Thank you so very much for your time.
    Best wishes!
