Wheres a good place to start?

I really want to start learning about a good diet and nutrition. Can anyone direct me to a book or website that will help me on my journey?

I bought the body for life book and started that, I do however want to check out the Burn the Fat book. Thanks Prince and everyone one else for the suggestions.
