    Sweet Potato Carbs

Anyone know the carbs in "oz" for sweet potato or yam? Have only found the macros in a cup.

P.S. I bake em. Does 7 carbs per oz sound right? And would a sp and yam have the same same carb count?

Well it is 44 grams for a sweet potato roughly with skin. Now you just convert grams to oz.. There is 28 grams in an oz....just do the math from there .

If you search the internet you can find some pretty comprehensive guides describing carb to food content.
