    Help with changing habits.

Not overly sure if this should be put in here, so feel free to move it if so, and sorry. I'm just curious to know if anyone could help me with something. Recently I've gone through a change in school so I am at home more often and able to work on things I haven't had time to such as eating better and working out. Now working out I'm doing okay with, currently have a bad lung infection so I have had to take some time off from the gym, as much as I hate it, it hleps to get better I suppose. My big question is that I'm trying to eat in a manner to lower my overall bodyfat, especially through my lower back, abs, obliques, and the surrounding areas. I've gotten rid of most of the fat as I was quite larger when I was 11-15 years old (17 now), but this just seems to be that stubborn excess fat to be gotten rid of. I have been considering trying absolved, as from all the reasing it seems like it has done some good for others, but first I would just really like to get into a good eating habit, no excuses but my family is insanely busy so when it is dinner, it's usually not the best type of food, and /I want to take more repsonsibility for what I put into my body, I just don't have as much knowledge as I'd liek to yet to be able to start my own plan. If anyone here has helped others or has some free time, I'd really like to set up a plan of what to buy when it is shopping time, and what to eat (What should be in it, preparation, etc, as I'm really terrible so far with the 40/40/20 ratio) and when good times would be to eat and such. I'm hoping this isn't just a waste of space here, just can't figure out anywhere else, as most good from workingo ut for everyone seems to come out of these forums from you guys. Thanks alot to anyone that reads this and I appreciate any comments. --Shane

The stickies at the top of the forum cover pretty much all of your questions and there is also a shopping list there that will help you get on your way.

If dinner is a problem in your house nad you say that you have a more free time at home while the rest of your family is busy then you should cook a healthy dinner for the family.........problem solved, right?

p-funk: I appreciate the post, the problem is, I have read over the stickies time and time again, alot of it I jsut cannot comprehend, and when it comes to cooking a full meal, my family does not like the food I eat and I can hardly cook anyways, so no, problem not solved :S

Find something better to do HoldDaMayo. I was in a rush to write that down, I consider using my grammatical skills to their fullest when they are needed, i.e. work, school, etc. I do not find the need to be a college professor in grammar on an internet forum, also considering that others have much worse when it comes to the like. Take for example your post.

    "my suggestion... PARAGRAPHS!!!"

First and foremost, no uppercasing, a skill we learn in first grade, then when an elipsis is used, you never have a space after it and I will not even go into the capslocking you had there. My suggestion my friend is to take less time critiquing peoples grammar on an internet forum, and if it truly is something that you must do, take alot into yours first before others alright? I have no problem with you, I'm just asking a reasonable question and find your comments inappropriate here.
