    Angry BIG weight fluctuation

I've been doing some researching, and it seems like normal weight fluctuations from the night to morning should be around 0-5 pounds, but mine are significantly higher. I'm pretty sure it's just water retention (i do drink a lot of water through the day). I can go to bed weight 170-171, then wake up weighing 162.

Now I usually do have to wake up at least once a night to go, but im sure i ain't pissin 9 pounds of water.

    I alone? this normal?

may seem like a dumb question, but a friend told me something wasn't right about that, and i wanted to make sure. thanks!

If this is an old fashioned spring scale, it is probably not accurate.

I have heard of 5 pound water fluctuations on Anadrol, naturally speaking for someone to fluctuate like that it would still be pretty freaky, and I'd assume them to be much heavier than yourself.

Join crowd bro, know what one guy told me. He said when you get up to piss eat !! and then weight again 3 hours later and then eat again till you are same weight. Bacailly it is becuase you are burining caloires while at rest. When I'm dieting my sheets are soaked in the morning. Plus I sleep in the cold which causes your metabolism to speed up more (colder body temp how does your body warm up increase metabolism to produce more heat)

sleeping in the cold seems rediculous... I'd rather sleep warm and some extra cardio each week....

Hey, you're not alone, recently i've noticed in the morning i'm 14stone 11lbs, and at night, i'm 15 stone 4lbs, lol. Sometimes, it varies in the morning depending on how much water i've had the previous night.
