Hey guys, now i've cut for around 9 weeks and have lost 15 lbs. How im trying to up my calories and getting ready for maintainace. But after cutting for so long, i cant seem to find the urge to choke down so much food needed to maintain my weight. Im 6'0 172lbs,9% bf. so typuical;ly my maintaiance shld be arnd 2236 - 2580 calories. But i cant seem to chjopke down more than 2000 - 2100 calroies, even on workout days... is this normal?
