been working out intensely for about six months now, and lost most of the blubber. i have another layer of fat (my six pack is just peeking out now, not really defined).. but if i lose anymore weight now I'm gonna be pretty puny... right now I'm 6'1, 162lb 24 year old, and pretty anxious to actually start building up. I came down from 196. So the plan is to bulk for a while, then worry about the remaining fat when I go back to cutting (ill probably gain some fat from bulking anyway)
Sound right? or,,, should i finish off the fat then gain? What do you all suggest?
Another question.. what do you suggest as a bulking/cutting plan.. 4 months to bulk, 2 to cut ??? --> im hoping to have my six pack and FULLY cut & formed for next summer
thanks for all suggestions.
If I were you I would stop cutting. Yes you have some fat but you are tiny!! I would start to up my cals, make sure you keep them clean, and bulk up a bit. Just be really seious about your diet and you can make some really great gains in LBM.
For a bulking cutting plan I would suggest 3-4weeks bulk, 1-2weeks cut. That is what I usually do, except for awhile I have just stayed bulking and have forgone the cut week.
