Breakfast - boiled egg or an apple or nothing at all because i have to be at school by 6:45 (bell doesnt ring til 7:15 tho lol i like to get there early to trip with my friends)
I have gym 1st period and we run 3-6 laps a day and then "play"
Lunch - basically nothing bc well school lunch is not healthy at all...i eat lunch at school like 2 out of the 5 days and when i do eat i have fries and a chicken sandwich lol
then after school i have basketball practice from 2:30 4:30...of course we run
then dinner at home is basically whatever mom cooks and when she doesnt cook then i have a salad
Please give me some stuff i shoud take to school and eat during lunch instead of not eating at all and also some stuff i could eat in place of what my mom cooks...
I know you said that you "want" to eat more, but don't like what's available to you...the truth is anything is better than not eating at all. Eat school lunches and eat has "healthily" as possible. Don't buy into the misconception that starving yourself will help you lose weight. You'll lose muscle, water weight, and some fat. Then your metabolism slows down and everything you do eat is stored as fat. Try to eat several small meals (5-6 is best, but anything is better than what you're getting now).
Again, read through the threads in this forum and learn as much as you can about what foods to eat.
