    Lightbulb My Bulk Plan

    Hello all..

Ok, starting my first bulk cycle and wanted to run my diet plan by you to see if im on the right track.. I only have the first 4/6 meals planned because 5 & 6 come after work and depends on what the mrs. makes that night. Regardless, it will remain as clean as the rest of my diet is intended to be, and should make up the remaining 1000 calories split b/n them.

    Goal: roughly 3000 cals - 3200.
    I'm 6'1 162lbs male. Workouts: intense 45 min- 5 day split.

    ----------------------
    Meal 1 : 6:00 am-
    ----------------------
1/2 cup oatmeal w/1 cup skim milk
    1 banana
    1 cup OJ
    3 egg whites
    ----------------------
    Cals: 530, Carbs: 94, Fat: 3, Protein: 30

    ----------------------
    Meal 2 : 9:00 am-
    ----------------------
1 Peanut Butter & jelly on whole wheat
1/2 cup fruit (canteloupe or other melon)
    1 cup skim milk
    ----------------------
    Cals: 520, Carbs:55.5, Fat:18, Protein:22.5

    ------------------------
    Meal 3 : 12:00 pm-
    ------------------------
    1 tyson Grilled Chicken Breast
2 Cups Veggies (Broccoli & cauliflower) (did i spell that right?)
    1 banana
    1/2 Peanut Butter Jelly
    ----------------------
    Cals: 542.5, Carbs: 60, Fat: 12.5, Protein: 47.5

    ----------------------
    Meal 4 : 3:00 pm-
    ----------------------
Deli Chicken Sandwich with baby spinach (on whole wheat)
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup skim milk
2 cups Veggies (broc. & ca.) <--- beats trying spelling it?!?
    ----------------------
    Cals: 542.5, Carbs: 67.5, Fat: 3, Protein: 30.5

    Totals after meal 4:
    Cals: 2135, Carbs: 277, Fat: 38, Protein 130.5

So does this look ok? clean?
One possible problem is too much bread?? 5 slices on this plan.. but it is 100% whole grain wheat.. supposed to be the best kind.

I plan on eating meal 5 at 6:00, working out at 7:30pm, then eating meal 6 @ 9:15. I'm not taking any supplements. I was taking whey protein for the past six months, but don't see it as necessary anymore. Get plenty from my diet.

one more thing.. is 9:15 too late for a 500 cal meal?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
