N EAT TILL U CANT EAT NO MORE..that means all the food u see u eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>..
then next cut ur diet n lift 8-12 repst for sets..
