walnut oil or olive oil instead flax?

is it cool to add a tsp of walnut oil or olive oil to my bed-time shakes instead of flax oil??

    flax is just too expensive!

until i get some more money i will only have walnut oil or olive

which 1 is best? i'd prefer to add walnut in my shakes as a nutty taste is better than a olive taste but really i don't give a damm just wanna make sure i get enough EFA's

    thanks

It's alot easier to consumer 20 grams of fat from oil than peanut butter. its 14 grams per tea spoon and i think like 3-4 grams saturated fat.

It has a tad stronger aftertaste if taken straight, but in a shake I dont notice. Only thing I can warn against is using excessive amounts immediately as it will give many people the runs.
