Ok a little bit later I find this..(Hypertrophy Diet)
DIET: Consume carbohydrate/protein mixture that is app. 25% of your bodyweight in carb grams and 15% BW in protein grams. Minimal fat or fiber. Example: BW= 175; Take-in 44g. Carbs and 26g. Protein
So their saying that all i need is 44g carb and 26g protein a day for this diet? (I weigh 163 so ill figure the numbers)
Would more be benificial? Or wouldnt it matter..
