    Bulking and Hunting?

Ok so I am a die hard hunter but I am really trying to get bigger. The problem is while I'm hunting I can't be eating every 3 hours. I eat once at about 4am then again at about 12pm then again at maybe 6/7pm. I am ussually to tired to eat anything beyond that point. So I was thinking maybe I'll down a protien shake and eat something at the diner. Then for lunch we just make grilled chicken sandwiches and thats the same for dinner.

One problem here, I can't drink much or eat much because I am in the middle of the woods and a bathroom break isn't an option. What should I be doing the following days or days prior to me going out? Any advice would be great.

Yea I could take food out with me but it has to be simple things like sandwiches. But ya can't eat and not drink. The main problem is there is no bathroom break, you gotta hold it in. Sure in my every day life I can drink an entire gallon of water and hold it ALL day because my mind is distracted. In the woods I have nothing better to think about then pee so I always have to go heh.

Would it be fine to just eat sandwiches all day or like protein bars? I guess I could bring an empty gallon out with me and piss in it all day.

Who drags there own deer out?!?!?!? I get my truck and go pick those things up. I hunt on private property and we never drag a deer except to the pick up destination. Then we just wait till lunch and go around picking up all our deer. Saves the back for sure.

Why don't you get a 4 wheeler or something to put the deer on?? Thats what my husband & brothers do.
And your nuts if you think peeing scares away the deer. Thats just a myth, I promise!!!

I suggest you pack some no sugar protein bars with you!

I agree with Stacey. It won't scare them away. Believe me, deer are all too familiar with all human scents and have been acoustomed to them. Unless you are 50 miles into the wilderness it won't make a hill of beans!

Dude, if baggin' a buck is more important than ridding yourself of toxins via a good leak, then why don't you buy a condom catheter. ....Or maybe wear some Depends Undergarments.
Better yet, why don't you do what most guys do...Recycle. Take a 16/20 oz. (or larger) drink in with you, drink it, and re-cycle this fluid back into the same bottle. This is standard practice down south....then again, so is dating your cousin.

in areas of high hunting pressure, it will scare them away....they associate those scents with humans and know to avoid those areas. However, in low pressured areas, backwoods places not many people go, unfamiliar scents can actually attract them because of their curious nature.
Plus "holding it in all day" can lead to bad health issues.

I just use my pickup or any of the farm pieces that have buckets on em. And the pee does scare them away, here in Jersey where it is way over populated with hunter to land ratio, the deer smell the urin and steer clear of it. I know out west and down south where there is much more land you can get away with doin it. I go by this rule of thumb, if I can carry it in i can carry it out and that goes for bodily fluids. Just now I'm gonna carry it out in a water bottle rather then my bladder.

By the way I said I could hold in lots of water but I never do. I only did it once and it hurt really bad so now I go every time I get the urge.

I know everyone discourages protein bars here mostly but is there anthing I should stay away from when buying them? There are a million brands to say one is the best but what should I be looking for in the bars? Thanks!
