I ran out of raw oats yesterday , so today after my workout I used bread crumbs. Like bread crumbs in one of those big cans, just like my oat can. I used 1.5 cups of that in my PWO shake. Will this still act as a slow burning carb source.... or as well as oats. Thanks!

Sorry thats is NOT a slow burning carb. Its mainly made from white flour.
