    sleepy foods??

    im tryin to understand what the best food b4 bedtime would be...i know carbs turn into fat and protein is good, but im wondering which kind of food will/will not keep me from sleeping. i hate not being able to sleep b/c of something i just ate!!!!

    I prefer Cottage Cheese and Fish Oil caps before bed Casein is a slower digestable protein which makes it perfect before bed

    Oh no...I meant just flax and cottage cheese. But to think about it would not be bad with garlic powder or garlic salt, onions, cottage cheese and flax.

    This is what I do everynight.

    Cottage Cheese
    Splenda
    Vanilla PP
    Vanilla Extract
    Cinnamon
    Tiny bit of Fiber one

    Stire and its delish!
