    eating and exercise

    im 15 and im rather skinny. ive eatin the right sorta stuff this past week and alough my mums food bills gone up i do feel like im puttin on abita weight.
    should i also be exercising alot or would this just take the weight right back off?
    im rather new to all this so please dont use techno luange it confuses me eheh

    okay steve, from what i see is that you are trying to bulk up. why dont you just count roughly how much calories you need?just take your bodyweigth x 18-20 and you're set. the only thing worse than not getting the results you want by working hard is getting results without knowing actually how you got there
