I am currently started a Low Carb-High protein Diet.
Will this diet suit me best for fast loss and retain muscle? What are some other diest which have excellent results. And I have started a new course in Hydroxycut. SMOKIN |

I have found the lower carb, higher protein diets most successful for myself and my clients. One mistake made with these diets, however,is that some try to limit fat too much as well....this is a mistake.Keep your fat intake moderate in order to burn more stored bodyfat and keep test levels high.I suggest you include a few tablespoons of flax oil, or better yet ,Udo's Choice oil per day while on this type of diet.

Since you asked Supreme....I weigh in the 235 range....I take in 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight(470 for those mathematically challenged,lol)....about 235 grams of carbs on training days and half of that on off days....as far as fats, aside from what is naturally occuring in my food(my guess would be about 40-50 grams),I also add about 4 tbsp of Udo's Choice oil which adds another 56 grams of fat.
Keep in mind this is my offseason growth phase...I will probably top out at around 240.As I get ready for a show the ratios will change somewhat.
