On my off days I typically do a lower carb day or a no carb day. I am doing the carb cycling though for my bulk.
I think if you stay at maintenance during your week off you will be fine. Just be sure to get enough protein in and don't skimp on that.
if your taking an off day, should you just eat maintenance (while on bulk)?
also, how low is too low for carbs? i usually do 50 30 20 on non w/o days.

On off days I just cut of my surplus which mostly consist of carbs.
