Raw eggs do provide a significant amount of protein, however, you can easily get the same results from boiling them. Some people would say, 'Oh, you'll get Salmanella!', but keep in mind that like 1 in every 200,000 eggs are contaminated, so your chances are pretty slim. I usually just eat about 5 boiled eggs, eat some chicken, and a steak, as well as a protein shake to get my protein. Basically it 'boils' down to whether or you have time too cook them in the mornings, if not drink em raw! I used too.

    Peace

According to Mercola, 1/30,000 eggs could have it.

It also has to do with the quality of the eggs, i.e. farm rasied organic feed chickens are less likely to have eggs with salmanella. The same applies to meat products.

Every Protein company now-a-days boast of "Undenatured Protein", "Low Temperature Protein", "Cold Processed".....all of these to avoid heat at any stage. According to them heat destroys much of the valuable content (Fractions) of Protein Molecule.

Doesn't it apply to the Raw Eggs on boiling?

OR Raw Eggs are any different than Milk Protein?**Please Clarify.
