    TGIFridays goes Atkins

    I read yesterday that Fridays was adding 9 Atkins style items to their menu. Items approved by the Atkins Institute.

    uh.. Rubey Tuesdays has like 20 items approved by atkins.....

    I think Ruby Tuesday's is an East Coast chain. Don't they make steaks?

    They both has specialized menus, TGI Fridays has an Atkins menu and Ruby Tuesday's has a low carb menu..

    They have a seperate menue, with low carb wraps and stuff like that

    they're not just east coast cause we have them out here in Colorado and their food is absolutely disgusting!

    Ive always liked there Cheese Fries with bacon and ranch sauce. Heaven! I havent had it in years though. GRRR!

    Their cheese fries are good. Texas Road house has bacon & cheese fries. They're good too, but I would hate to think about how many fat/calories they contain!
    Only time will tell if it was time well spent!
