Cool Need a hand with Mary Jane...

Yes thats right Mary Jane is one of my boss's clients, she's been having trouble losing bf, hit a platue.... she is one of the best clients a trainer could ask for, always on time, works intensly, loves it without complaining ever!!
She has lost about 40kg (88lb) already, but cant get any more off.

    Here's her deal,
    25yrs old
207lb (i told her that was the same as me and she almost hit me)
    33-34%bf
    She's training 5 days a week. Average HR during 1hr PT 149bpm.
Day 1 is Cardio with w8's, 10 mins cardio then 1 set
Day 2 is Cardio with boxing, 10 mins cardio 5 mins boxing yes thats me on the left..

    Water: about 1 1/2 ltrs
Vitamin B sup, says its anti stress as well....
2 thermos in the morn and 2 b4 she trains if she trains in the afternoon
    L-Carnitine b4 training

    Meal1:
Fibre plus cereal (dont think its all that good)
    Skim milk
    Coffee,skim, sweetner (equal)

Sometimes a protien shake, maybe twice a week

    Meal 2:
    105gs Tuna in spring water
    Salad
Some sweet chilli sauce to taste

    Meal 3:
    Lean Steak
    Tomatoe Mushroom

1-2 glasses of wine (she says she has kids)

I told her the first thing you would say is she's not eating enough and that scares the crap outta her, but i said you got nothin to loose, just give it a try for a couple of weeks.
Please help and point us in the right direction, she's a beautiful person and busts her ass off for no reward.
    Thanks Pete

He metabolism is probaly moving at a snails pace with that amount of cals. She needs plenty of EFAs, calcium, more protein, more everything. Red wine wont do too much harm in the scheme of things

She needs to eat more (alot more)and more often, with very low carbs, and longer stints of cardio, you know I do the Keto diet, and it works very well for me, if you want I can PM you my diet or check out my journal, she's very young and her metab should be moving faster, and she needs to drink more water...........

And if she's stressed she should have herbal tea, red wine won't do any good for her if she's trying to lose, JMO
