    Question Ecto-mezo seeking help

    Hi all!

First of all, a few words about me...
I started going to the gym towards the end of august last summer.
Since then i gained some mass, although i maintained a pretty lean aspect i think... i'm about 1.90 m and weigh 82 Kg.

Anyway, I came to the conclusion that i somewhere in between ecto and mezomorph.

    The questions are:

    1) Am I right about my assumption
    2) What should I be eating (perhaps give me a calory intake or something)
    3) Should i go for a greater load or a greater number of reps when training?

    Tx y'all,

If you don't gain fat easy and your gains are lean gains then I would probably say your assumption is right. Your food choices can be found here. http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/at...&postid=410135

    2) What should I be eating (perhaps give me a calory intake or something)

This depends on your activity level. For most who workout 5 days a week, it is about *15 your current bodyweight in lbs to figure out an intake. This number can vary though depending on metabolism. Everyone is different.

    3) Should i go for a greater load or a greater number of reps when training?

If your goal is to add mass you can stick with pyramiding excercises but its really doesnt make a difference in my opinion. As long as the muscle is stimulated it will grow.

    Tx y'all,

Well, to be honest, i've lost about 5 kg in the last 2 years i think, without having a diet or anything like that (i'm 18... go figure) and for the last year i don't think i've gained or lost more than 1 kg. Actually, i think that except for that time when i was on a chocolate crem rush, i haven't gained any weigth at all in the last few years...

    So perhaps... i'm right!

Anyway, i'm checking the list you gave me right now... and tx!
