    cutting question, cardio day

    today is my cardio day on my cutting diet, i want to just loose the final fat near my lower abs, i will be doing HIIT cardio ( high intensity,jog,high,jog,high,jog) etc. and my caloric intake is 1900....but lets say i burn 900 at the gym...do i need to regain it or wat? thanx
