did you say saltine crackers for dinner? are you kidding me? I hope that's not all you're going to have for dinner... why would you chose crackers? Why not vegetables or something healthy... not to mention the fact you need more nutrition to stimulate your metabolism... you need to do some serious reading homie... read the Sticky's at the top of these forum boards... i know it's long and you're wanting to go back to playing your playstation 2... but just do it...

ok, well the way you worded it sounded like you were having saltines for dinner... why would you pick that as the one thing to mention as the food you eat for dinner?

It sounds like you are very new to dieting... I really suggest you read the Sticky's at the top of the Diet and Nutrition board... if you aren't too familiar with the term "sticky" here are some links....

If you're serious about losing some fat and creating a healthier, stronger body... then you need to drop everything you've been told about nutrition and training before making that post.

The best thing you can do is, as already suggested, start reading. And reading. And reading. Eating a proper diet isnt as easy as picking up a piece of paper which tells you what to eat, and you magically lose weight. You need to understand how your body works, and how to manipulate the body to attain your goals. It's the same idea for building muscle.

    So get reading.
