Question How many are cheating for christmas?

How many of you guys/gals are gonna cheat on christmas??? I don't know what to do. I have been following the atkins diet since dec 1st and haven't even tasted anything with sugar, flour or anything bad for the diet. If i cheat, i'll feel pretty guilty since i've been so good with not cheating.

thanks

Just eat your turkey or ham first. Consume theese first and you will less likely to eat the other not so good for you foods.

Me I planning on having a nice bottle of
Francis Ford Couppla blue lable merlot. One or two glasse only.

And if you do over eat hit the gym the next day and run your ass off. Its not like one bad meal is going to fail you, but remeber one day is only one day.

I thought on thanks giving I was going to pig out. Didnt happen. when you stop eating certain foods its hard to eat alot of those foods when try to have them. For me anyways.

I used to eat 1 whole pizza. Now 2 slices and Im full.

You'd think that when you come home from college, you' eat better. but in my case, its just the opposite.

when i'm at school, i shop for myself, so i eat great cleanly. i only eat eggs, oatmeal, tuna, chix, steak, hamburg, pasta, rice, milk, cottage cheese etc. like everyday.

but when i'm home, mom does the shopping, so i gotta eat what's available (her grocery bill goes through the roof when my brother and i come home).
its better to eat in general (even if its not as clean) than to not eat at all. so i gotta eat a shitload of cereal and other such foods that arent as clean, and go out to eat alot (since we run out of food so quickly), so i'm always hitting up boston market, chinese food and grinder places while i'm home. besides, i don't have a problem staying lean, i have a problem bulking up.

as for Xmas, i'm bulking, so gimme every food in sight.

Figure.

I've thought about BB however, I would draw a blank when on stage and forget the pose...........I suffer from stage freight.

My first Figure competition, I swore if I was on stage for 30 secs longer I was going to lose my balance and fall over I was shaking that bad.......................5 inch heels will do that to ya if you're not use to wearing them. That and I could hardly walk for 1 week. The balls of my feet were KILLING ME from standing in those friggin shoes. I brought flip flops with me...but standing back stage and on stage for the amount of time we had to, just killed me.

I don't really consider it cheating, but yeah, I'm not going to eat what I normally do for a good three days.

I have gone off the deep end here at work the last few weeks. Too many damn sweets around. Still working out and once I get back in my regime after the 1st those few extra punds will come off in no time.

Probably not, actually, I've taken 10 days off from the gym (going back in tomorrow) and took it reasonably easy with the diet (of course I ate as cleanly as possible, but without stressing about portion size and measurements etc., a few desserts here and there), so I've pretty much had my fun. CHristmas dinner, though, best believe I"m gonna eat my body weight in turkey, hahaha, and load up on the greens...maybe a glass of egg nog.

Peace.
