Awhile back i saw a link for a website that showed the nutritional contents of virtually every food. I did a search and i still cant find the website does anyone know a good site that has the nutritional contents of food? (not just calories and fat)

Why not go to Nutribase and download their nutrient software which is free of charge. You download the main program and can then add-on additional elements (Basic Nutrients, Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, Fatty Acids, and Additional Nutrients). It's a great little program

Go to http://www.nutribase.com/sr13.shtml and check it out.

Proteins are good... Fats are good... Carbs are the problem!

Here is another one also.

The statue of Liberty no longer reads "Bring us your tired, your hungry, your huddled masses..."
Now she's holding a baseball bat and it reads "Bring It On."
