    Diet EXPERTS...

Ok, here's the deal... I'll list the foods and you setup a meal plan for me that will be good for cutting....

    Natural Peanut Butter
    Peanuts
    Almonds
Tuna (I like to eat a can with a tablespoon of light Mayo)
Sirloin Patties (cook on a George Foreman grill and eat with Ketchup and no bun typically)
    Fiber One Cereal
Maybe some Romal Meal Low Carb Bread (1g fat, 15mg cholesterol, 115mg sodium, 7g carbs with 1g as sugar, 1g as maltitol, 1g dietary fiber, 5g protein)
    Oats
    Optimum Nutrtion 100% whey protein

I only have water to drink, I take an EFA supplement as well as ephedrine and Caffeine and ZMA before bed, I ordered Animal Pak vitamins which should arrive tomorrow

I'm about 175ish lbs and 5'11" ... weights 3 times a week, cardio twice a week... I'm looking to get as lean as humanly possible before I start a major bulking program... I'm not a big fan of vegetables... which i know is terrible, but I will be having a grilled chicken salad with no dressing when i go out to lunch occasionally during the work week...

    Thanks for any suggestions...

Personally, I have to cut out nuts and nut butters to effectively cut.

Personally when I start cutting, I omit breads, cereal, all dairy products. I keep almonds and cashews in the diet till I stop dropping body fat, then omit them when that happens. Also, where is your chicken and ground turkey? Those are yummy!

    Ground Turkey is good stuff.

Get some Turkey Patties on that Forman and you will be in Burger Heaven

Some other food suggestions. Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, roasted chicken breasts, 96% lean ground beef (if you can find it), eye of round steak, egg whites (EggBeaters are a good sub), 1% or 2% cottage cheese, black beans, and apples (low GI carbs).

Dude this is not difficult. Find a website that will tell you macro breakdowns and kcals for all of those foods (the ones without labels, of course). To lose weight start at about 12-13kcals/lb of BW and tweak as needed from there. Pick a macro ratio that you are comfortable with (iso/40-40-20 whatever). Now sit down with all that info and get as close to the numbers as you can (don't try getting everything perfect to the gram, but get within a reasonable limit a few less/more grams here and there won't destroy everything).

EDIT: if you haven't yet...read that sticky at the top about leptin and refeeding and incorporate that into your plan.

How about instead of demanding someone do the work for you, you READ THE STICKIED THREADS AT THE TOP OF THIS FORUM?

Once you come up with a reasonable plan, ask for a critique.

My cutting diet, every cut phase:
LOTS of salmon and sea bass (always poached or lightly pan-fried/grilled/seared...salmon is usually sashimi grade and eaten raw, no sauce with salad)
LOTS of boneless skinless chicken breast (always boiled)
LOTS of eye of round and top sirloin (always broiled), but more salmon and sea bass as fat/protein sources

    Occassional treats:
    Pork tenderloin (baked or roasted)
Fillet of sole (baked or poached)
    Halibut (baked or poached)
    Cod (baked or poached)
    Shrimp (LOVE IT) (steamed)
    Mussels (steamed)
    Clams (steamed)
Oysters (eaten raw usually or steamed)
Lobster tail (eaten raw when I can afford sashimi grade, or poached)
    Crab (steamed)
    Mahi mahi (raw)
    Scallop (steamed or lightly pan-fried)

Most fish is bought sashimi grade and eaten raw

    15-20 egg whites a day
    Udo's oil
    Fish oil caps
    Natural peanut butter
Whey isolate /egg white/soy/casein/milk isolate blend PWO only
    Oat groats
    Kasha
    Sweet potatoes
    Wild rice
    Large flake oats
    Steel-cut oats
Oat bran every day for breakfast
    Quinoa
    Amaranth
    Bulgur
    Barley
    Spelt berries
    Kamut berries
    Rolled rye
    Canned tuna
    Canned pink salmon
Crapload of Splenda, until two weeks out from end of cut
Only seasonings I use are spices (cinnamon sticks, cinnamon, paprika, curry powder, five spice powder, anise, whole bunch of herbs)
Apple cider vinegar for salad dressing
Light mayo for canned fish, little bit of mustard
Ground flax seed meal (This stuff is actually really good when eaten as a cereal)
Coconut oil when I feel I'm lacking saturated fats
LOTS of vegetables (About 10-15 cups a day, sometimes more, I love my veggies)
    Grapefruit
    Hot cocoa
    Coffee
Wheat bran, rice bran and psyllium husk for fiber (I have incredibly high fiber intake, helps to keep me full when I'm on a harsh diet)
Tofu or tempeh once/twice a week

Around 1 1/2 gallons of water a day, manipulated to suit daily needs, upped to 2 gallons last two weeks of cut

    Supplementation:
    R-ALA
    Multi-vitamins
Whey isolate/hydrolysed whey/milk isolate/casein/soy/egg albumen blend PWO only
Glutamine when I can afford it
HOT-ROX if I absolutely need it
    Diuretic used if necessary

That's basically it, my cutting diet starts off with 14x bw with my body weight in carbs for two weeks, then progressively over the course of 12 weeks I'll tweak carbs and up fats in the form of fish oil caps. I don't go lower than 11x bw, personally.

    Peace.

Oops I read the post wrong...you didn't want a list of foods, but a meal plan...uh....I'll be back later. Dude I can tell you that you'll find cutting very hard if you don't like veggies. It provides the fiber that'll fill you up and make harsh dieting easier. Also, I LOVE my veggies, they make up 4/5 of my plate every meal, you just gotta make a dressing that you'll like.

    Peace.

I think the whole purpose of this thread is that Mayo wants Jodi to spank him for being a bad boy.
