    bulking and body fat%

Im bulking up for winter now and my body fat is around 14%. I still have a four pack though and am not going to let myself get any fatter. I guess my question is how fat (body fat %) do you all get in the offseason. Im curious how much body fat should fluctuate between off season and contest.

    thanks

I don't like to go over 12% but will go up to 15% if needed. I am at about 13% right now and I just finished bulking (the holidays helped me push over the edge).

I'm lucky not to go over 15%

Right now I am eating chicken breast with egg noodles and tomato sauce.

I used to, but I really do not see any benefit from it, I get lean and there is virtually no LBM gain after losing the extra fat.

I may even stay around 10% for the rest of my life.

I don't like to go above 12% personally, right now I think I'm hovering around 11% on a bulk, I'm about to start a mini-cut or something.

    Peace.

    You guys make me sick.

I had been on a bulk for about two years (j/k), allowing myself to get to be a 28% fat ass. Since the summer, I've dropped to 17%, and my goal is 12% and below by late spring. Once I achieve that goal, I will NEVER let my weight flucuate by more then 7-10 lbs, unless its LBW of course.

13.7% right now, i don't like it, i was 9.8% 2 months ago and the difference is noticeable to me, 6 pack has almoast gone totally

if i go much higher i will be forced to cut, i've just gone a bit OTT with my eating and cut out the CV too much, i'll learn from it though

    peace

^^ That's supposed to happen on a bulk...don't worry, dropping the weight is easy. My six is slowly vanishing as well, but I kind of attribute that to holiday eating as well.

    Peace.
