What Time Of The Day Do You Eat Your Last Meal?

Basically just as the topic says, what time of the day do you eat your last meal?
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Too damn late! But it gives me an excuse to read all these posts when I should be resting my muscles. I have to stay up to avoid an acid reflux problem from laying down too soon after eating.

BTW, I have never seen acid reflux problems mentioned on this board - but stomach acids don't belong in the esophagus and can cause serious problems if it happens too often

I usually try to make my last meal at 10pm since I go to bed around midnight. Unfortunately I usually end up eating later.
I think I have the same problem as you do downtown guy. I think I have acid reflux. In fact it has been happening more and more lately. But usually if I watch what I eat and don't eat to close to the time I go to bed I don't usually have the problem. But when I eat close to going to bed and especially when I eat food high in acid, I usually get up in the middle of the night with that problem. It really sucks. First I tried Zantec, which seemed to help a bit, but still happens even after I have taken zantec and going to bed.

I have seen the tv commercial which emphasizes how bad it can be. I know someone who had it so bad they couldn't hold anything down. After taking the medicine though, the problem subsided.

Last meal is usually around 8:30 pm, about an hour and a half before I go to bed.

Usually around 8:30-9pm, again about 90 minutes before bed. I never eat right before bed.

I eat about an hour or thirty minutes before bed because if I don't when I wake up I feel I am wasting away. I sleep about ten hours each day sometimes I get up after about eight hours get something to eat and I go back to sleep

    I'm like that.

Which makes me wonder... is it important to eat at roughly the same time every day? I almost never do... depends on when i get up (and that varies quite a bit lately).
