Diet and Supplement Schedule...PLEASE CRITIQUE

Meal One:
1 Scoops Whey Protein Powder w/ Water
High Fiber Cereal w/ Milk
1 Tbspn Flax Seed Oil (mixed in with cereal)

Meal Two:
Met-Rx Protein Plus Bar
1 Cup Mixed (Raw) Nuts

[Workout]

Post Workout:
1 Scoop Cytomax Postworkout Carb Powder
1 Serving Metrx CR10 Creatine Anabolic Series
1 Tbspn Gatorade Powder
(Should I add my glutamine to this workout drink? Will the Creatine counteract with the Glutatmine? When is the best time to take glutamine?)

Meal Three:
2 Scoops Protein Powder w/ Water
1 Individual Package of Oatmeal

Meal Four:
Subway 6" Sub Club on Country Wheat

Meal Five:
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Carrots

I am trying to lose fat here. And I cant eat too much meat because I am not allowed to store it in the house (family is vegeatrian) so will this diet help me lose fat?

So should I mix my glutamine with my post workout drink or take it later or before?

You may be a little on the high side for supps but since you can't eat much at home it's all good in the hood.
