    Help with diet planning.

I hope this is a decent place to put this. I've read TwinPeaks crab cycling diet, various magazines and books so I have a basic idea of what you want in your body and what not, and right now I'm trying to cut, I just cannot grasp all of it enough and would really like some help in planning something out, I'm not entering competitions or anything, I'd just like to cut off the excess fat and if someone could help me with coming up with like a basic one day meal plan and then I oculd change it to various foods to mix it up but keep the macros the same, that would be great, we really do not have any nutritional consultants where I'm at and the ones we have really are a waste of money. Thanks for any ideas or replies, they are all appreciated.

go to fitday.com to check out kcals for foods without labels (beef, chicken, eggs etc). Pick a ratio such as 40/40/20 or something of that sort, figure out kcals and make a diet plan. Then post up here for us to critique.
