Pack on the mass with minimal fat gain

Hey guys, im planning to start bulking up. Now the question how do i start it? 15 year old 6-0' 170lbs. I do alot of running around in practise(2-3 hours) almost everyday, and lift 2 times a week.
I have just finished my cutting phase and how i want to pack on the muscle, but with no fat gain. Doesnt matter how long it will take(i lift to get stronger, i dont D up a person by flexing my arms), but how do i go about it? thanks alot

Gradually increase your kcals till you start gaining .5-1lb/week. With your level of activity the kcals will probably be up there but that is something you will have to deal with (if you can't eat so much, start drinking shakes and shit to increase kcals).

BTW, you will probably gain some fat while bulking, but from your stats i'm thinking you tend to lean toward being lean so i wouldn't worry too much about it.

In this case my diet is consisting of lean protein(chicken fillet, chicken breat lean beef),complex carbs(rice, sweet potatoes etc). Planning on 6 meals a day cositing of them. But should i eat before going to bed? I read that it will lead to u wanted fat gain as the food has nowhere to go.
