My Bulking Plan

My main priority right now is to bulk, but I'm wondering how this should go. I've read Jodi's guide, and some of the meal plans contained in it. "DP and w8lifter's" bulker's plan (http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...t=Bulking+Plan (Bulking w/ Slow Burners) ) suggests you do shorter cycles of bulking and cutting.

How much is in a scoop of protein powder, I have 2 scoops (one from Optimum nutrion, and the other from EAS).....
The scoop from EAS gives you a serving size of 15g, while the one from ON gives you a serving size of 30g, which should I use when following the bulking program?

I'm about 5'10, 170 lbs, and I'd like to get up into the 190 range before I start cutting, then going back to bulking. So should I be sticking to my bulking meal plan, or should I cycle it right now?

Also, when bulking how often should you be doing cardio? So far I've only been doing cardio once every other week (usually first thing in the morning before breakfast).

Also, is it ok to take creatine with milk? Because my before bed shake includes creatine, and protein mixed in with milk.

Thanks in advance!

erm im no expert but id use the shake with the most protien so build and repair most muscle, and have a lot of carbs, i think the carbs u dnt use up get broken down into sugar then stored as fat

i think its broken to glucoce and stored as glycogen - (i think?)
