depends on your goals and what kind of weight you are gaining. I have been builking for a little over 9 months, of course there were a few mini cuts in there, but nothing really crazy.

how??? Um, drop your cals a little bit and lean out for a few weeks ( I would do about 2-3 weeks) and then go right back to bulking.

no, I wouldn't change the workouts or add any extra cardio. tay with your game plan. You just cut some cals, not only carbs.

In my mini-cuts I like to add in one very low intensity cardio workout session a week, just walking for 30-40 minutes, and I use supersets in my training sessions. Cals usually come from protein, fat and carbs, really, just trim a little bit here, and I usually switch from red meat to fish, and replace the saturated fats with fish oil....I drop things like natural peanut butter and cottage cheese temporarily. That's just what works for me though.

    Peace.
