    All the Whey Opinions?

Has anyone on this board tried this product yet?

I see it advertised on this board all the time, and after reading about Whey and so forth on the main site I'm thinking about ordering some. The only thing is, I read on the website what the product is and so forth, but could I subsitute this for one of my meals, or is it meant to be taken with a meal?

If you tried it, would you recommend the product? It does sound pretty good, and I'm looking to add more protein to my diet. It sounds pretty good, and if I get some opinions I definitely want to order some.

I am using it. It tastes fine (chocolate) and mixes well, they also have an unflavored version which I should have this week, I was going to use that in my oatmeal.

Whey protein is great post work-out alone for quick absorption, and it can be added to a meal for additional protein.

    I highly recommend www.allthewhey.com
