    summer minded strategy

Well, it's January now. That gives it 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 months until the shirts are gonna come off. My goal is to gain 5-6 QUALITY pounds and be in single digit bodyfat percentage come May. I'm 188lb, 13% bf right now. How do you guys think I should divide this up? Two months bulk and 3 months slow cut? I wanna hear your ideas and what you are gonna do as well.

For me, it seems like summer always comes sooner than expected. For this reason, I think that you should give yourself adequate time for cutting. Remember, if you start early and you happen to cheat or fall off track, you will still have more time to recover. Don't be in a hurry to get cut.

    Just my opinion...

    Good Luck!

I am getting married in August, so I have 8 months for my cutting program to work itself out.

I am just now getting this diet thing back under control and I am even eating twice more than I used to per day. So I am now up to 5 meals, which feels like I am eating all of the time.

6', 226lb, not sure on the BF as of today but getting tested at my gym next wee some time. I really need to invest in a system to do this mysel though. Goal is 185lb by August. Wish me luck!!
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
