My goal is to tone and build my upper body,(forearms,tri's and Bi') would love to have more defined neck muscles...(sorry im new dont know the name of that muscle) I signed up at bally's total fitness here in maryland and wanted your advice on a meal plan. I understand that protein is a big part of muscle production..please any help would go a long way..Thanks Again guys!! and gals!!!
