    Diet

Ive just put together a new diet for training, and approximetly i wil get 100grams of carbs and 210 grams of protein. Now i weigh 240lbs, and i would like to add some muslce mass and loose a bit of weight.

Is this the right protein/Carb ratio? or do i need more/less?

You need at least 1-1.5g protein per pound of BW.
To cut, 10-12 calories per pound is usually recommened.

Figure your protein and how many carbs you want and make the remining cals come from good fats.

Would 240grams of carbs per day be a good target to aim for?

you really should choose to either lose fat or gain muscle, it's difficult not only to do, but to focus on both.
