    how many cals?

i'm looking for a rough estimate to work with for the number of calories a guy my age/size/body fat % should be eating in order to shed some body fat... after completely letting myself go for these past couple weeks (eating habits have sucked and training has been non-existent) i'm sure i've gained a little more than i had hoped... anyways, the rest of january is going to be "clean-up month"... i'm starting by straightening up my eating and getting my ass back into the gym tonight... i plan on training 4 times a week for 60 minutes plus 20 minutes of cardio... anyways, i'm just looking for a rough estimate of number of calories i should be eating to shed some body fat... i'm 21 years old, 5'11, 175-180 lbs at i'd say 14-16% body fat... i know everybody is different that's why i'm just looking for a rough estimate... does 2300 cals sound about right? thanks
