Do u think abs are gonna get you laid or something because i dont think the diet your trying to plan is going to be very healthy. You should do a balanced diet like the ones posted in jodi`s stickys and weight train your WHOLE body 3 or so times a week. Also you should not focus all your workouts on your abs since its a waste of time until you get your diet set-up.

sounds weird but... the quickest way to get to see your abs are squats... REAL... HEAVY... SQUATS... you might puke... you might fall over... BUT... you're body will be doing EVERYTHING in it's power to adjust... combine that with a low carb, high protein diet and about 3 days of cardio and you're SET!

About the only high school poundage I can remember was being about 5'7" 155 or so if I recall correctly, which is nowhere near big. I probably never got over 185/190 or so in my senior year but its a haze now.

Well dude thats the problem, accuracy is a must. Not only that, but it takes a person with some experience to do an accurate job of testing bodyfat with calipers in the first place

well I figure as about a minimum, 130 sounds good for a 5'6" woman. I find that most women dont weigh that much less than men, 10-20 pounds seems to be quite normal, which isn't that much.

Yeah something sounds a foul here. I would go to my local gym and get a test done by the trainer there.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Don't make me cry in my GNC whey, it might actually end up tasting worse!
