As I was making a shake my mom had the news on and i was listen to another enw study that shows "even 8 cups of water a day might be too much for the body"
According to this study too much water washes out nutrients from the body and blah blah blah..
If 8 cups is too much I should be drownin myself by 8pm tonight.![]()
