    Food Ratio

Great stickies posted, they helped out a bunch.....

Im cutting wieght, about 11calories per pound, i picked a

    50/30/20 ratio

ACCORDING TO AN ALPHA WIEGH-IN, im supposed to have about 23% body fat, which i am hearing should be true (and hoping)

anyway, i want to get lower then 13%

and based on your experiences/knowlege, with a 4 day wieghtlift and 2 day cardio workout, how long approx will it take til i get under 13%?

    -thanks

dude... you have no idea what you are trying to do here... you should not be cutting at 5'6 and 123 pounds... you should be trying to build muscle you look way too skinny to be cutting... no one wants to look like screach from saved by the bell do they?

    well, ok then

I recommend you do 3 days a week weights and 2 days a week cardio... and your TOP focus should be eating every 2-3 hours with some sort of high protein/fiber Low Carb/fat food... it's more important to focus on the types of foods you are eating and the frequency rather than just total calories... but I bet you've gathered this much from the stickies.

    Good luck

I'd say you could stand to add a lil more mass...but without body fat% or pics, its hard to say.

What would you chnage about your look? Then there is your answer:0
